As an authorized sub-marketing agent working with the local agents and attorneys in Grenada, SII will help you and your family to immigrate to Grenada.
1. Requirements of Grenada CBI Program
The rules of the CBI are strict but simple. Applicants must have a clean criminal record and be able to verify their source of funds. There is no requirement to reside in Grenada before or after citizenship is granted and there is no tax on worldwide income.
2. Application Process
The application process is sweet and easy! Sunels International Inc.(SII) will provide a one-stop service for you!
Step 1
SII will provide the applicant with assistance in preparing documents for submission. The applicant will need to complete official forms, attend a medical examination, and obtain certain supporting documents. SII will be able to advise the applicant on the preparation of the documents and on how to have them legalized.
Step 2
The application will be submitted to the Executive Office of the Citizenship by Investment Committee (CBIC). The Authorized Local Agent then becomes responsible for liaising with the Executive Office of the CBIC in relation to all correspondence, queries, or questions that may arise with respect to the applicant’s file.
Step 3
Each application is vetted by the Government through a thorough due diligence background check, during which time submitted information is examined and verified. Final approval is in the hands of the Minister, and upon the Minister making a decision, the applicant is issued a letter detailing whether the application was successful, delayed for further processing, or rejected.
Step 4
If the application is successful, the CBIC issues a letter instructing the applicant to either make the contribution (for the NTF option) or complete the purchase of his or her real estate.
